Our Story

STF Productions is a Portland based multimedia company owned and operated by Sarah Lorenz that services both Washington and Oregon.  She specializes in short cinematic films for real estate, equine sales, and events.  STF Productions additionally provides clients with a social media option which to further their visibility and reach in their respective markets.  Each real estate film is uniquely crafted to showcase the property’s charm and features effectively.  Captivating aerial shots highlight the location and surrounding amenities. A cinema line Sony camera and lenses provide engaging depth of field that can not be captured with a cell phone camera.  The use of gimbals, sliders, 360 cameras, and drones create a smooth, professional look.  Other post production work such as editing, color correction, reframing, and trendy transitions help to draw the viewer in to create an emotional connection.

Sarah Lorenz, the founder of STF Productions has had a life long passion with horses.  Her 25+ year training business in Eventing and Dressage has established her as an equestrian professional within the community.  Her business “Stone’s Throw Farm” is the inspiration for the abbreviated “STF” Productions.   The education gained from working in the horse industry has helped to shape the films for both equestrian properties and equine sales.  Sarah also has experience working for a Seattle based real estate appraisal company.  This education has been exceptionally useful when determining many of the key elements to feature in her real estate films!
